Job Duties: To organise and supervise the delivery of home care support services to Service Users in their own homesTo work in a flexible and reliable manner in response to the needs of the serviceTo manage a team of Domiciliary Care WorkersTo reinforce and ensure compliance within the Domiciliary Care Agencies Minimum StandardsTo ensure that a quality care service is delivered to all Service Users

Qualifications / Experience: Good general education to include good numeracy and literacy skillsMinimum of QCF Level 2 in Health and Social CareAt least 3 year's experience in a care setting Experience of coordinating rotasExperience of managing staffNISCC (Northern Ireland Social Care Council) registration completed at training, if not already registered Enhanced AccessNI Right to work in UK
