Job Duties: Here is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in enhancing quality of life and wellbeing for all our residents. Your role will be to organise and deliver high quality person-centred activity and occupation to all our residents. You will also guide, lead, develop and coach our staff in engagement and activity with residents, so that every day is filled with magic (meaningful) moments. You will report to the manager of the home and be supported by the Wellbeing & Dementia Services Manager. You will ensure residents' dignity and self-esteem is enhanced through meaningful engagement, positive relationships and free expression of individuality.

Qualifications / Experience: Applicants must have a positive forward-thinking approach, have the ability to enthuse and guide others, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Care home experience is an advantage, as is any previous experience of providing activity or coaching others. You will also need be determined, and flexible.
