Job Duties: Leading on, and delivering, high quality meaningful activity for all residents.Ensuring people living with dementia enjoy the same opportunities for engagement and activity as other residents.Stimulating excellent interaction and communication between staff and residents.Promoting and developing mealtimes as highlight of the day.Creating and maintaining excellent community links.

Qualifications / Experience: Applicants must have a positive forward-thinking approach, have the ability to enthuse and guide others, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Care home experience is an advantage, as is any previous experience of providing activity or coaching others. You will also need be determined, and flexible.
