Job Duties: The post holder will:Maintain the confidentiality of all information, regarding patients/service users at all times.Respect the dignity, wishes and beliefs of all patients/service users.
Qualifications / Experience: Hold NVQ/VRQ/QCF level 3 Certificate in Health/Health & Social Care or equivalent qualificationOrHold NVQ/VRQ/QCF level 2 Certificate in Health/Health & Social Care or an equivalent qualification, and *6 months experience of delivering direct care in a care environmentOrHold 4 GCSE's at grade A-C including English and Maths (or equivalent qualification) plus 6 months experience of delivering direct care in a care environment.
