Job Duties: Attend to the care of young people, undertake their general supervision and be involved in their educational work and leisure activities within the Unit and in the wider community.Assist with the supervision of young peoples clothing, furnishings, and household equipment and undertake household and domestic duties, which are appropriate to the care of young people.
Qualifications / Experience: 3 A levels, 2 at Grade B and one at Grade C or above or equivalent Plus 1 year's working experience in a caring capacity with young people aged 5-18 years in a statutory, educational or voluntary organisation.OrGCSE English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or above or equivalent Plus 2 years working experience in a caring capacity with young people ages 5-18 years in a statutory, educational or voluntary organisation.OrNVQ Level 3 in Child Care or equivalent.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
