Job Duties: To contribute to the implementation of all relevant Departmental and Trust Policies and Procedures and the interpretation of these to all staff.To assist in the day-to-day effective and efficient management of the home and all staff.
Qualifications / Experience: A Recognised Social Care/Nursing or other Health Care Qualification.PLUS one years' paid employment working with older people or older people with dementia, physical disability, learning disability or mental health problems.
