Job Duties: To manage the day-to-day provision of in-house Homecare services, ensuring the most effective service is provided to meet the assessed needs of the client taking account of the available resources. The post-holder will ensure quality service provision, this will involve establishing case priority and as required; the evaluation of complex factors. Such judgements may be undertaken in unanticipated or emergency situations.To co-ordinate arrangements for cover to clients to account for staff absences [sick leave, annual leave, special leave, etc], to advise and take action as appropriate.

Qualifications / Experience: Current NISCC registration or ability to registerA Degree OR professional qualification AND 2 year's experience working with a varied range of administrative duties and/or caring duties within a Health and Social care setting or equivalent.AND1 year's experience of staff supervisionOR5 year's experience with a varied range of administrative duties and/or caring duties within a Health and Social care setting or equivalent.
