Job Duties: Training and Supervise care assistants. Support and mentor junior staff. Takes responsibility for the shift and for the service while on duty. Generally assists with service users overall comfort and wellbeing. Monitors service user's condition and contributes to record keeping. Liaises with professional staff in carrying out care plans etc. To contribute, reviewing, assessing and visiting Clients/Service Users on a regular basis as appropriate. Ensuring that the right level of care is being provided.

Qualifications / Experience: Applicant must have minimum 2 years of experience at similar position or NVQ level 3 or above.
