Job Duties: Supervise care assistants. Support and mentor junior staff. Takes responsibilityfor the shift and for the service while on duty. Generally assists with service users overall comfort and well being. Monitors service users condition and contributes to record keeping. Liaises with professional staff in carrying out care plans etc. To contribute, reviewing, assessing and visiting Clients/Service Userson a regular basis as appropriate. Ensuring that the right level of care is being provided.

Qualifications / Experience: Applicant must have minimum 2 years experience or NVQ level 3.
