Job Duties: To assist the Area Manager in the effective and efficient management of the scheme and to lead the team alongside the manager in providing the highest possible standard of support to the people who use our services in line with Inspire's strategy. This post with Inspire is designed to meet the demands of delivering quality services to people with learning disabilities, disabilities or complex needs. Team Leaders work a shift system of duty, which includes evenings and weekends and sleep in duties.

Qualifications / Experience: Professional Qualification (See personnel specification) A minimum of 1 years' experience working in a Social Care settingExperience of liaising with statutory and other voluntary agenciesProven experience of supporting Service Users with financial planning and managing moniesHave proven experience of motivating Services UsersPossess a full current driving licence

Other Information: To be flexible as the role requires 24 hours a day, 7 day a week cover. This can involve sleep over cover, night cover, evening and weekend work on a shift rota basis£9,626.47 - £10,269.38 pro rata, per annum (based on 16hrs)
