Job Duties: Demonstrate good communication skills.Demonstrate ability to give and receive oral reports and maintain records as directed by Nursing Staff/Team Leaders.Demonstrate a good attitude towards elderly residents, their relatives and other colleagues.Attendance at lectures for training, fire safety, Health and Safety and Moving & HandlingMaintain confidentiality.Demonstrate pleasant personality in telephone manner and personal contact (e.g. receiving relatives and visitors at door).Assist colleagues in meeting residents' personal hygiene needs and assistance with dressing, toileting, eating, and any other help required.Participate in Activities with residents.

Qualifications / Experience: Applicants must have a passion working within the mental health sector or care.6 months' previous experience in the Health Care Sector or similar preferred but not essential.
