Job Duties: Reporting: Senior Care Assistant / Staff NurseResponsibilities:Working as part of a team to deliver excellent quality, person-centred care to all residents.Enriching the lives of residents through the organisation and delivery of activities.Updating and maintaining records in line with patient care.Supporting the nursing team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
