Job Duties: As a Care Assistant with Kathryn Homes, you will help residents enjoy each day and ensure they receive the highest quality care that they so deserve. Qualifications / Experience: Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided, your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine throughHolding an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care would be advantageous or a willingness to work towards this. We are, able to support you in obtaining this qualification on a fully funded apprenticeship supplied by external providers.You will have excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude and the compassion required to deliver the highest standard of person-centred care.
