Brief description of job duties are:Assist with Resident mobilityCommunicate clearly with residentsRecord and pass on observations/findings, e.g. weight, food and fluid intakeAssist with orientation, admission and discharge of residents.Assist in keeping the care environment clean, tidy and hazard free. Assist with resident bathing, dressing, undressing, toileting and personal hygiene.Act within the role of a Key Worker to a small number of residents.
