Job Duties: Responsibilities:Lead and work collaboratively with the care team to deliver excellent quality, person-centered care to all residentsEnrich the lives of residents through the organisation and delivery of activitiesProactively encourage and develop team membersEnsure all documentation is completed in line with Home proceduresAssist in inducting new team members into their role and the HomeAdvocate and promote the company mission, vision, and valuesSupporting the nursing team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Qualifications / Experience: Required criteria-Excellent leadership skillsMinimum 1 year experience in caring roleExcellent communicator at all levelsDesired criteria-Experience of training and supporting staff
