Job Duties: To provide a high level of 1-1 care and support to a deaf gentleman living in his family home in the Omagh area. The gentleman has a learning disability and complex health needs. He communicates in Sign Language - training will be provided. Very social person who enjoys shorts walks around the farm.The role involves providing all elements of personal care, support, and assistance to the gentleman. Your role is to work as part of a team to cover a 24/7 rota to implement his care and support plan. Full training will be provided and help will be on hand. This post is for Female applicants only as it is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with Article 10(2) (b) (i) of the Sex Discrimination (NI) Order 1976 (as amended).

Qualifications / Experience: Personal Assistant with QCF/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and at least one years paid experience in caring. Must have a full valid driving licence (manual). Proficient in the use of computer, iPad & game consoles.Please note the post is subject to Enhanced Access NI check, 2 references and verification of full UK driving licence.
