Job Duties: The Martin Residential Trust is a charitable organisation which provides loving care to 18 people with profound learning disabilities within a specialist nursing home. We pride ourselves on providing very high staff ratios to ensure our Residents receive the best possible care. Duties for the Care Assistant role will include helping our Residents with dressing, feeding, bathing and daily activities.
Qualifications / Experience: Experience within learning disability care an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given to caring, motivated individuals who are able to work as part of a team. Applicants must have a minimum of Grade C in both English and Maths at GCSE/O Level (or equivalent) or obtained a pass grade in Essential Skills.
