Job Duties: Provide intensive support to access day care activities and prevent the breakdown of home situations, day care and to help prevent the need for admissions to specialist hospitals.Support in the implementation of therapeutic interventions developed by PBSS. Qualifications / Experience: Applicants should have at least 12 months paid employment experience of supporting people with a disability.
