Job Duties: This role is under the Apprenticeship Scheme, individuals must be prepared to complete NVQ qualification in Health & Social Care.Duties involve all aspects of delivering a high standard of care to our service users in their community.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Driving licence and access to vehicle (locations available in your area).Desirable:Previous care experience.
