Job Duties: Clanrye Group is seeking to appoint a part-time person to provide effective support to carers residing in the Armagh and Dungannon SHSCT area. This role will involve working with carers to ensure they are involved at all levels of decision making and to develop the implementation of an effective service for carer's based on their needs.

Qualifications / Experience: The successful person must have:5 GCSEs at Grade C or equivalent to include English and Maths.An appropriate level 3 qualification in a health/community/social sciences subject and 12 months' experience implementing programmes in community or health.Or:Two years. experience of implementing programmes in community or health.Experience of supporting adult carers. Experience of carrying out risk and needs assessments.Experience of monitoring, review, and evaluation.Hours/Days of work are: Tuesday and Wednesday 1pm to 5pm and Friday 9am to 5pm.
