Job Duties: We are looking to appoint a Team Leader to work with Care Coordinators and Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of a high quality, efficient and effective care service to our service users.Team Leaders posts are required to work in the following areas: Cityside, Waterside and Strabane District.Team Leaders will ensure that all calls are covered and maintain effective communication between Management, the Carers, and Service Users and when authorised Health and Social Care professionals.This role offers experienced Carers an ideal opportunity to take the next step in their Career in Caring.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Experience, 1 year minimum, working in care sector.NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (in Health & Social Care or similar) OR 1 year Domiciliary Care experience.Knowledge of data systems and Microsoft Office.Full Driving Licence and access to a car for work purposes.Desirable:Professional qualification/training.Experience as a supervisor or senior care worker or other role within a care providing organisation.
