Job Duties: As part of the caring team, you will help create and maintain a healthy and safe environment where the personal nursing needs of the residents are met under the direction and supervision of the nurse in charge. Some other duties include, providing companionship, serving meals and general housekeeping.

Qualifications / Experience: Experience of working in a formal caring environment.Personal experience of working as a carer.We believe that our care staff should achieve a high level of competence in their work. We support them by providing a comprehensive in-house training programme and, in some cases, selection for a Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care Course.
