Job Duties: A gentleman with some physical and mental health conditions requires someone to assist with structuring and supporting his daily and weekly activities. These may include light housework and shopping duties as well as assisting with socialising activities. You need to be able to forward plan and structure activities on a week to week basis and assist in organising medical appointments and facilitating hospital and doctor visits

Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience in this field of work would be beneficial
