Job Duties: A typical day will include;Reviewing inbound complaint & claim emails, assessing the content, then generating responses in-line with company policyProactively engaging with customers by phone when appropriateUpdating our logs recording the resolutions being achievedProcessing claims, refunds and creditsOver time you will also become involved in other customer satisfaction tasks such as;Reaching out to customers who experienced a problem in the course of their orderContacting customers who have expressed disappointment with our service in reviews

Qualifications / Experience: The successful candidate will be friendly, engaging, empathetic and fair, but also confident in implementing and communicating our policies2-3 years front line customer service experience in a similar roleKnowledge of logistics is advantageous but not essentialProficient in all MS Office toolsExcellent time management and workflow skillsAttention to detailAccurate written and confident verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsA self-motivated individual who can take ownership, plan and execute tasks with confidenceGCSE Maths & English grades A - C is a minimum requirement, while A-levels grades A - C or an undergraduate degree is preferred
