Job Duties: Working for Echo in partnership with NI Water, based at our city centre offices in Belfast, we currently have a vacancy for a Payment Processing Agent (office based hours).Key Tasks: Processing and allocating payments; Dealing with cash, cheques and remittances both manually and electronically; Responding to customer payment enquiries either by telephone or by letter; Processing refund payments; Cash & Bank Reconciliation; Financial Reporting; Updating various spread sheets
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Experience of working in a payment processing environment AND/OR handling customer calls and processing payments on accountsEducated to GCSE or equivalent level in English and Mathematics;
