Job Duties: Are you looking for an exciting new role with the potential to develop and grow your career? Then look no further! Working for Echo in partnership with NI Water, based at our city centre offices in Belfast, we currently have vacancies within our Collections Department for Collection Agents. This is a role within customer services with no selling involved!Handling calls from businesses you will support customers by taking payments for their Water Bill or support them in arranging payment plans.
Qualifications / Experience: No experience is necessary as full training will be given.It is desirable that candidates will have a background in customer services/retail/contact centre/collections etc, however this unique opportunity involves on the job training and excellent support to help you build a career
