Job Duties: To lead and motivate a team of Interviewers working to the same purpose, the successful completion of a job. To ensure that jobs come in on budget. To focus on the fieldwork period of jobs and to ensure these dates are not over run unnecessarily. To assist in the recruitment and training of and monitoring/assessment of new interviewers as requested by the call centre manager. To monitor interviewers' performance by way of: Checking individual strike rates. Running Productivity Reports. Attendance Reports. Quality of Interviewing. Tracking individual performance levels. To ensure the necessary Daily Progress Reports are completed and issues regarding the jobs are flagged and forwarded to the Call Centre Manager on a daily basis.
Qualifications / Experience: Applicant should have previous experience in a customer service environment. They can demonstrate effective leadership qualities, and a history of being able to lead projects to completion within tight deadlines and budgets. Experience of working in a contact centre environment is desirable.
