Job Duties: Taking care of incoming calls, providing deals and promotions for new potential customers, and retaining current customers from changing suppliers by helping with any concerns, providing promotions and using great customer service experience.
Qualifications / Experience: 1-2 years of customer service/sales experience in a call centre environment. Telephone manners skills.

Other Information: The roles are starting off on a temporary basis on a 12 month contract with a view to becoming permanent.Work time, 37 hours per week 3 week rotating shift pattern: Week1 8.00am to 4.30pm; Week2 9.30am to 6.00pm; Week3 10.00am to 6.30pm.
