Job Duties: Through great conversations with customers, you'll troubleshoot and solve technical queries relating to our TV and broadband services as well as taking calls relating to billing and upgrade queries. As part of a supportive, fun and friendly team your focus will be on owning our customers queries while having great conversations.We are all about providing the best customer experience for our customers, no matter how they contact us. You'll be warm, friendly, tenacious, resilient and eager to help customers. You'll need to think creatively to meet customer needs whilst dealing with a high volume of calls and smashing targets, including introducing customers to new products and services. Most of all, you'll enjoy chatting and building relationships with lots of different people and helping to resolve their issues.
Qualifications / Experience: Minimum six months hands-on experience of working in a contact centre environment is desirable, but experience of dealing with customers in other demanding environments would also be applicable.Excellent telephone manner and/or experience of dealing with customers face to face.Strong PC literacyAbility to multitask, working with multiple systems at the same time while dealing with queriesExcellent verbal communication skills; good listener who is able to understand and identify customer needs whilst delivering exceptional service.Conscientious and reliable individual who is self-motivated, open and trustworthy.Friendly personality shows confidence and pride in delivering excellent service.Enthusiastic with positive attitude to work and a logical approach to problem solving.Flexible and embraces change.
