Job Duties: Train from home and then move to hybrid working pattern, with a few days at home and a few days in the office.20 hours a week, working 5pm-9pm Monday to Friday. We need to be there when our customers need us, and so full flexibility is essential within these hoursThrough great conversations with customers, you'll troubleshoot and solve technical queries relating to our TV and broadband services as well as taking calls relating to billing and upgrades. As part of a supportive, fun and friendly team your focus will be on owning our customers queries while having great conversations.

Qualifications / Experience: Experience/Skills & Personal Qualities:Minimum six months hands-on experience of working in a contact centre environment is desirable, but experience of dealing with customers in other demanding environments would also be applicable.Excellent telephone manner and/or experience of dealing with customers face to face.Strong PC literacyAbility to multitask, working with multiple systems at the same time while dealing with queriesExcellent verbal communication skills; good listener who is able to understand and identify customer needs whilst delivering exceptional service.Conscientious and reliable individual who is self-motivated, open and trustworthy.Friendly personality shows confidence and pride in delivering excellent service.Enthusiastic with positive attitude to work and a logical approach to problem solving.Flexible and embraces change
