Job Duties: Responding to enquiries and actively solving problems for customers around the world. A typical day may include time on the phone, answering e-mails and responding to live online chat enquiries. You may be asked to perform other duties as required.

Qualifications / Experience: Applicants are expected to be able to quickly and accurately construct email and online chat responses. Applicants should have English and Maths GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent). If you do not have GCSE or equivalent qualifications but believe you do operate at or above our minimum qualification level, feel free to apply ensuring references from current/past employers who can verify this are included.Good PC skills are essential; applicants will be trained on our systems but are expected to already be comfortable and confident using a PC.As many customers are based worldwide you must have a clear telephone manner.As part of the interview process all candidates will undertake a few short tests including; typing, spelling, grammar, PC skills, comprehension and email construction
