Job Duties: As a telephone based Sales Advisor you will deal with warm inbound enquiries from homeowners and small businesses enquiring about Fibrus Hyperfast Fibre broadband and ancillary products.Comprehensive training is provided and will equip you with the information and skills you will need to succeed. Helping customers to make the move to FibrusEnsure all orders are processed efficiently & effectively using Fibrus ordering system.Follow up with customers to ensure they are fully updated with order / installation progressWork closely with other members of the Fibrus TeamEnsuring quality and compliance standardsMeeting and exceeding operational sales targets consistentlyDemonstrating and enforcing company standards and brand values

Qualifications / Experience: Have demonstrable telephone-based sales experience/sales experience.Present a willingness to learn.Confident on systemsBe committed, professional, reliable, target driven and ambitious.Experience with Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent /confident verbal and written communication skillsHave a can-do attitude and the desire to deliver a quality service to customers.Understand the importance of compliance in the telesales environment.Be enthusiastic about sales and a team player
