Job Duties: Inbound queries by telephone and email from new and existing customers.To resolve problems to customer's satisfaction within agreed timelines, effectively and efficiently.Logging of site visits, including organising part orders and deliveryProducing quotesMaintain high accuracy in all aspects of order processing including processing of credit card transactionsTo achieve KPI Targets as set by the Service Manager.Develop new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future sales.Recording and tracking sales.To develop and maintain a full knowledge of Kingspan's products and services.Provide a high quality professional service to internal & external customersBuild and maintain key stakeholder relationships e.g. field engineersTo ensure procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to.Any other ad hoc duties which may involve direct contact with other departments.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential CriteriaFive GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and MathsMinimum 2 year's experience in customer service dealing with calls and queries within a formal customer service environmentMinimum of 2 years sales experienceExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenThe ability and desire to sellEffective & active listeningAbility to manage information and process in accurate and timely fashionA positive, confident and determined approachExcellent organisational and planning skillsStrong customer focus and high attention to detailAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a teamAbility to work under pressureExcellent IT SkillsDesirable CriteriaThird level qualification in Customer Care / Sales
