Job Duties: Provide first line technical support for all our customers in a supportive and professional manner, during the hours of 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, via telephone, email and online.Monitor incoming calls and general online correspondence.To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.Setting up users on Elemental products.Setting up users on the Online Learning Academy.Setting up system configurations for customers.Set up integration connections with our Potential travel to customer sites.Ad Hoc admin and reporting as required.Support and cover as necessary, across the department.
Qualifications / Experience: At least 1 years' experience in a similar type role. Be detail focused and methodical in the way that you workHighly organised, focused, and disciplined. Strong writing, verbal and presentation skills. Creative thinker. Be computer literate with all Microsoft Office/Google applications. Ability to prioritise duties. Ability to complete various tasks. Ability to work under pressure.
