Job Duties: Liaise with Customers and provide a high level of Customer Service.Process orders received via fax, telephone or email, accurately and within specified timelinesAdhere to the Companys internal customer service standardsCheck stock levels as required and advise customers of alternatives if necessaryEnsure extensive product knowledge is maintained. Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

Qualifications / Experience: 1 years administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing environmentHigh level of computer literacy including experience of Microsoft packagesHighly customer focused and able to demonstrate excellent communication/telephone skills
