Salary: £21,000-£22,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Hours: 37
Worktime: Mon-Thurs 8.30am-5pm & Fri 8.30am-4.30pm.

Job Duties: Responsible for leading the day-to-day coordination of the Contact Centre and CS. Dispatch activity in respect of service delivery, whilst continuing to fulfil a core activity within the team.
Qualifications / Experience: A minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) grade C or above including Maths and English.At least three year's experience of working in a Contact Centre role which includes handling customer complaints.
