Job Duties: Duties include: This is a Hybrid Model. You will work 3 days on site with 2 days Work from Home. Successful applicants will work on behalf our client, a large telecommunications company. They will be tasked with retaining customers selling the benefits of their products, propositions and services to ensure the customer remains with the client. They will be responsible for actively promoting/selling value added products. Advisors will be expected to achieve and exceed their targets consistently on a daily basis, always looking to improve their KPIs, hitting and exceeding their targets in relation to volume, customer satisfaction and quality. Also will receive bonus on your performance, anything from £300 to £1000 per month can be earned.

Qualifications / Experience: 6 months Sales /Customer service experience. Desirable: Applicants should have a consistent work history and a demonstrable record of delivering excellent a customer experience.
