Worktime: 9am to 5:30pm, days to be confirmed.

Job Duties: Dealing with purchase requests and input purchase orders onto the system.Receiving goods onto the system daily and schedule supply to customers.Inputting supplier invoices daily and schedule payments.Creating stock records which includes pricing calculations etc.Stock control management, inter-company transfers, stock adjustments, stock locations etc.Stock taking duties to include printing stock sheets, input of count & investigation of discrepancies.Contacting suppliers to schedule and chase deliveries.

Qualifications / Experience: Admin experience.Able to work as part of a team.Excellent time management skills & ability to work to deadlines.Excellent organisational skills & ability to work on a variety of tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Have a good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office products.Able to use initiative and work unsupervised.Good communication skills.
