Job Duties: To support the Department of Health (DoH), HSC Trusts and the BSO in development of a Regional Procurement Action Plans for HSC, which provides leadership to all HSC bodies on procurement matters.To integrate the Procurement policy and strategy set by the NICS Procurement Board, with the operational imperatives of RHSCB and HSC Trusts, and agree its delivery within HSC bodies.

Qualifications / Experience: Have senior management experience over at least 3 years in the last 7 years in procurement or supply chain management involving providing specialist advice to Board level officers within large and complex organisation(s). Candidates must hold a relevant Primary Degree or Masters Degree, within a business, procurement or related field Or Have full membership of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply
