Job Duties: Manage the central mailboxes for purchasing, Printers and Car BookingsSupport the Buyers by completing important administrative dutiesIssue requisitions to BuyersCar fleet administrationPlacing purchase orders (including Heating oil / Fuel)Import clearance documentationMaintain service logs and action orders
Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise work in a logical fashionThe ability to input and record data accurately and efficientlyExcellent verbal and written communication skills Professional telephone mannerConfident with all Microsoft packages, especially Excel and OutlookThe ability to act on your own initiative as well as part of a team
