Job Duties: The employer is: OH SO LEAN LTD.Working alongside main butcher who will also be mentor to learn the skill of cutting a variety of meat and fish.Using scales to measure out correct portion weights.Packing up orders correctly for delivery.Using the computer to check orders and print correct paper work.Learning how to check the website, make changes or add products to it.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) C or above.Good work attitude.Food hygiene certificate would be an advantage but not essential as young person will be given training in this area.
