Job Duties: The successful candidate will work as part of the processing team producing meat to fulfil production targets. The candidate must have excellent knife skills and knowledge of butchery. They will be required to cut, trim and prepare meat cuts to specific meat and industry specification.

Qualifications / Experience: You need to have a keen eye for detail, be a real team player and be able to work under pressure in this exciting fast-paced environment. Applicants must have knife skills and 6 months of experience is preferred.No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
