Job Duties: The employer is: THE LAUREL MEAT COMPANY LTD.Breaking down carcasses into primary and secondary cuts.Processing meat.Preparing cuts for weighing, packing and sale or further processing.Ensuring work areas are compliant with all food safety and hygiene standards.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: GCSE Maths and English to Grade C (or equivalent).
