Job Duties: Trains operatives, trimmers and butchers internally to carry out required tasksAssists the Training Manager in identifying training needs and planning accordinglyEnsuring training logs and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.Instructs employees on safety aspects of tasksUpskill employees to achieve the aim of having a highly skilled workforce who can transfer skills to different jobs
