Job Duties: Cut, trim, and prepare meat to specific meat and customer specifications.Have a good understanding of our products and assist customers in any queries with regards the preparation and cooking of their purchase.Excellent customer and counter skills.Ensure the window displays are of high standard and maintained throughout the day.Maintaining Health & Safety, Hygiene and Food Quality standards.Team player.
Qualifications / Experience: Food Hygiene Certificate Level 1 or equivalent.4 years butchery experience.
