Job Duties: To perform all Spa and Beauty treatments with the result of a fully satisfied client.To ensure that reasonable care is taken for the Health & Safety to yourself, other employees, guests, members and any other persons on the premises.Dealing with new and existing clients to the Spa, setting up new clients accounts and handling payments.Making up bills, taking payments, handling cash, credit cards, and cheque payments from customers, referring all accounts to management.Answering the telephone, dealing with customer queries and giving general information as required.Taking reservations for all departments in the Hotel, i.e. Hotel Reception, Spa & Country Club.Cleaning and general up keep of the Spa and surrounding areas. Such as all treatment rooms, stores and changing areas.A friendly personality, to be polite, patient and helpful, even when dealing with the most difficult customers.To attend training courses as and when necessary. .

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Demonstrated spa/salon experience.Reflexology and Facial Electric preferred.Communication and customer service skills.Weekends and evenings essential.Desirable CriteriaHot Stones qualification.Proven relevant working experience.Positive attitude.
