Job Duties: Your role will be to promote and expand the Clinics efficiency, productivity and profitability, to update and create new treatments and to help shape the future of the range of exclusive beauty treatments, based around the multi award-winning salon located in Belfast.To carry out beauty treatments to the required standards To give professional advice to guests and promote available treatmentsTo promote productsTo liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the Manager any changes, additions etc in order to meet the ever-changing needs of clientsTo ensure all equipment is fully operational and clean Maintaining and booking appointments on the salon management system and to maintain clients dataCarrying out FacialsBody MassageBody Waxing: Intimate WaxingAromatherapy MassageManicures/PedicuresMaintaining of treatment rooms, keeping them clean and tidy

Qualifications / Experience: Minimum qualification in NVQ level 3 or equivalentDermalogica & Environ skincare experience would be an advantage along with laser treatments however training can be provided for the right candidate.Good sales and retail experienceBeing able to work under pressureHaving a natural ability to be creativeBeing willing to follow instructionsGood hand-eye coordinationBeing a person that takes pride in their workBeing able to render services to fine attention and detail
