Job Duties: The employer is: INNER BEAUTY DUNGIVEN.Beauty treatments up to level of training. Sharing front of house of duties along with other staff - to include greeting clients, sharing product and treatment knowledge, and making recommendations accordingly. Taking calls, making bookings, taking payments and answering queries.Working with other staff to help with room changes, general cleaning, and adhering to COVID and health and safety practices. Work Pattern will be 4 shifts weekly, Wednesday - Saturday, including late nights (Wednesday to 8pm & Thursday to 9.30pm when necessary, Saturdays included & occasional Sunday work for promotion days)You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential: NVQ Level 2 training with extra courses/treatments a benefit.Desirable: NVQ Level 3 training. Customer service skills and retail experience would be an advantage along with good communication skills and a willingness to learn as training will be provided.
