Job Duties: Delivering the highest standards of food and beverage service.Supervising a team of up to 20 people.Flexibility to work shift patterns to meet the needs of the business.Some understanding of cash handling, rotas, payroll and stock control procedures.Ability to further improve and build on standards in both food and beverage through staff training.Overseeing functions for the bar.Using several computer packages, so strong IT skills are essential.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:1 years supervisory experience in a similar busy city centre barDesirable Criteria:2 years supervisor experience in a similar busy city centre barNVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certificate (must be current)First Aid Certificate (must be current)
