Job Duties: The Bars Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in the management of the Food & Beverage operation within the hotel Bars with specific attention to the Greyhound bar. Alongside their supervision duties within this area, they will also be expected to undertake Duty Management shifts and there will be some cross-over required in Conference & Banqueting.Your job responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:Continuously develop and review your training plans, identify and coordinate staff training needs, coach and mentor staff, and assist in the training of staff including menu and wine demonstrations and tastings. Proactively test their knowledge in these areas on a daily basis including signing off of appropriate training records.Ensure daily team briefings and proactive communication with the team.Overseeing the hotel operations as Duty Manager when required.

Qualifications / Experience: EssentialsAt least 1 years previous experience in a similar roleHighly responsible & reliableA positive and friendly attitudeAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
